Now that the blog seems to be working again, I have loads of stuff to share!
My 7th graders made these post-impressionist bedrooms first semester. We went over drawing in 1-point perspective and had some practice sessions in their sketchbooks. Then they looked at Vincent Van Gogh’s Bedroom at Arles and created their own bedroom (in more accurate perspective!) and colored it with thick layered oil pastels.
